We’re back with two fine authentic lavage. There’s lots of different ways you can use um the lavage. You can just take it, rip a piece off, use it like a dip like so. Just kind of eat it that way. You can also just take whatever spread you have and just put it on your lavage and just kind of roll and then just take a bite that way. Um, and I did want to share with you guys, you might not be able to see it on my phone, but we were recently in Armenia and um, on this video you see my brother taking the lavage, which is the first thing that you see on the table at the wedding reception that we were at. Um, and actually before this reception, the bride and groom actually draped the lavage on their shoulder and do their first dance with um, with a lavage draped on their shoulder. So, it’s kind of a a cool tradition in Armenia.
