I dehydrated some Frank's Red Hot Wings sauce and turned it into a powder. It makes a great sprinkle on seasoning for chicken, veggies, and especially popcorn.
I don’t know what your preferences are, but if you wanted to save yourself some work, Frank’s Red Hot seasoning is a thing. I see it in the spice aisle at grocery stores all the time. There used to be Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Ranch too, but I haven’t seen that one in a while. Both are excellent.
