

1500 cals a day Monday-Friday
On Saturdays i eat up to 3300
And on Sundays i eat my sedentary BMR of 2000.
So far i’ve gone from 183-167 and feeling great.
Started the year at 195 and got down to 183 just from cutting out soda and fast food.
On my refeed days i enjoy Chick Fil A (10 strips, 2 sauces, kale crunch and a southwest salad) and breakfast with the family.
On maintenance cal day i enjoy breakfast with the fam and lettuce wrapped burgers and a salad with the extra dressing packet from CFA
Having done a Ketogenic diet and a Vegan diet..
This has been the most sustainable diet i’ve ever switched to.
Feels like the best of both worlds
