Hey my guys,
I made everything that I can think of (chili oil, c. sauces, c. powder, c. flakes, c. honey, c. exstract), and I'm tired of making the same thing over and over again.
Can you give me some ideas what to do with all these chilies, I have about 3x this amount that I still need to pick and don't know what to do with them. I will not throw them away because that is just a waste, but making the same thing over and over again is just insanity.
Thanks!
P.s.
If you're in need of chilies and live near me I can gift them to you.

Pickles?
Where are you located? I’d happily take some if you DM me😂
Make extra spicy bird seed cakes or suet
Do hot pepper relish or spicy fruit jam. Throw a couple into a soup to spice it up. Mince them and put them on a sub sandwich or grilled cheese. Or make a non food item like capsaicin pepper spray for self defense!
I blend mine up with lime juice, enough to make a thick smoothie. Then I freeze. Makes a good base for hot sauces in the winter months when I’ve gifted or sold all the summer sauce.
You can always freeze them to make more sauce when you run out. I like to have frozen sliced peppers for throwing on nachos or other meals.
Smoke and dehydrating is another great way to preserve for later use. They can stay whole in a jar and be ground into powder, rehydrated for sauces, or meals whenever you need.
You can always do the needle and thread method and just hang them to dry out too

Where do you get you scotch bonnet seeds?
I’m in awe of that pic. There’s a shit load of chillies you got there.
Salt! I created a mash and mixed in large granular salt, let it sit for half a day and the dried it out. Put it in a grinder and it’s all I want to use anymore.
Scorpion pesto with garlic, Romano cheese and avocado oil. Gift season is near.
