I hope you are well! I’m making pulled pork for the first time tomorrow on the Kamado Joe , any tips for a first timer?

Get the temp steady. Double up deflector plates and let it cook. Try not too let any flames get up near the meat. I push the coals to one side and sometimes use aluminum foil up top to block flames.
You don’t have to do what all these guys do with spraying them, wrapping them and all that. Just let it go by itself.
