




bought all of this yesterday at the groningen weekly market. grilled in roomboter, added roquefort and the firm sheep’s cheese, added gochujang on one side, served with smoked salmon belly.
never done a grilled cheese with blue cheese and this absolutely slaps especially with the gochujang.
oh and that’s hooch i made myself in that juice bottle.
