To be fair, i ordered without cheese. But yo this is basically a mayonnaise sandwich with like three thin slices of pastrami. Very disappointing and i was still hungry after. Maybe i got my hopes up when i saw the words "new York" and "pastrami" together; because new York deli sandwiches are incredible.

    I’d say that’s a steamer for sure.

To be fair it’s much better than their Cleveland steamer.

Thats awful because this is normally my favorite sandwich on the menu. The worker did you dirty

  4. jeffnorris

That looks like it’s already been eaten

Cancer on a bun with mayonnaise.

Please tell me you didn’t pay more than 6 dollars for this.

  7. TheNicoKid003

I wouldn’t eat that even with your mouth.

That looks like a fucking yeast infection

  9. EconomyWoodpecker796

I think you meant Cleveland and not NY

Fast food is terrible, it’s automatic shitty food, doesn’t belong here

  11. I almost never complain. However, they did you dirty on this one

We have only ond firehouse sub in switzerland. The prices are mental. But the amount of meat and the quality is great. Love and hate it.

  13. SoloDoloLeveling

that’s a new york cum shot in that sandwich.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s “don’t open the sandwich”!

New York steamer is when it comes out your butt

  16. Fallofman2347

Man I really hate this for you. Every time I have been to Firehouse it has been an amazing experience and I don’t leave hungry, that’s for sure.

This is fucked. We have a Firehouse Subs that opened up north and they are consistently some of the best sandwiches around.

Hot take: every large chain sandwich shop is not worth the money.

A steamed mayonnaise sandwich. Who TF signed off on that fucking nauseating idea. I threw my first sub from them away.

If I remember right, Firehouse got bought out a few years back and their everything went to shit. It used to be a few dollars more than Subway and absolutely worth those few dollars. Now it’s “Eh, I guess if I want a decent sandwich I’ll go to Arby’s.” which is a damning sentence for both Subway and Firehouse. Not that Arby’s doesn’t get a lot of unnecessary hate, it’s pretty good honestly. Their roast beef is higher quality than what I could get at a grocery store deli I’d say. They are no Lion’s Choice though, which is a superior regional chain in my opinion.

    Looks more like “Cleveland Steamer”

  23. Ok_Researcher_9796

I’ve never gotten a sub from Firehouse that looked like that.

  24. Holmes5216

I’ve only been to firehouse a few times years ago but I never liked what I got.

  25. i’d add lettuce, tomato, n onion it makes it better imo

  26. Marmom_of_Marman

Looks more like a Cleveland steamer.

People are gonna disagree on this but goddamn does my local firehouse subs put way, way too much meat on their sandwiches. Like genuinely more meat than you’d get in one of those deli meat packages at the store, even on subs that aren’t advertised as a meat lover type of thing. They’re good but I can’t taste anything but the meat.

I didn’t even realize it was a popular chain so I am taking this opportunity to see if it’s only my location or if this is a thing they’re known for.
