I’ll agree but IMO only when cooking at home.
I’d rather not spend $35 on a Dino rib even if I can split it with someone. For the $35 I can get 1/2lb each of brisket and pork ribs plus a jalapeño cheddar hot link.
With the price of beef it’s borderline stupid for me to do a brisket at home unless I’ve got 7-8 people minimum eating. Beef ribs are now the main “splurge” smoke because I can get a three rib section from my butcher for $60-ish… and I also think they reheat better than brisket.
