Italian wedding soup. A mill your whole family will love the star mini meatballs. Combine pork and beef with breadcrumbs, pecorino, beaten egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley. Form into mini meatballs and then brown them in a pan with olive oil in small batches. Then saute carrots, celery, and onions. Season with salt and pepper and get those cute mini meatballs back in. Add in some chicken broth and simmer. Get in a pecarina romano cheese end and some fresh spinach. For the soup, I use a china de pepe, but you can use any small pasta you like. Boil it up and serve it with the soup. Topped with grated pecorina romano. So easy and so delicious. Follow for more.
