So today I’m making my recipe, my bread recipe that you could find on my page and I’m doing it with roasted garlic and parsley. Let’s put this together. Okay, so I let it rise for a couple of hours. Now I’m just putting some flour so we’re able to work with it. And what I’m going to do is I’m going to make it flat in here. I did this actually in my air fryer. I put garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and some salt. So now what I’m going to do is I’m gonna crush it. I’m crushing it with my hands, and I’m just going to go in here and I’m just going to put garlic all over. Then I have some fresh parsley that we’re just going to rub down. Okay. So now I’m just going to fold it like that. And I’m going to do another layer of the garlic in here. Some more fresh parsley. And I’m just going to roll it like this. Close it up. Make it into a ball like that. I have a little bit of more of that garlic oil. I’m just going to rub it right on top. Look at how beautiful. More parsley. What I’m going to do is I’m going to cover it just like that. And I want it to rise a little more while I put a cast iron pot in the oven at uh 400° for like 15 minutes until it heats up. Okay. So, now it doubled in size again. I have my little scorer over here. So, I’m just going to put some lines in it. Okay. I’m going to put it on parchment paper. And then we’re going to put this in the cast iron um pot, which is in the oven at 400°, which it’s going to stay covered for half hour. Take off the cover for about another 15 minutes. See you later. I mean, look at how beautiful this loaf looks. And it smells so good in my house. I mean, look at look at the bottom. You could play the drums on this. It’s still really hot, guys. But I want you to hear it. I want you to listen to the crisp. Hear that? Okay. So, I’m I have no patience, guys. I really don’t. I’m just going to cut into this nice and hot. I’m going to Look at this. Hold on. Hold on. On the other side. Okay, guys. Let’s open it up. Oh. Oh my god. A bread facial. Look at that. Look at this. Look how beautiful. Okay. Now, let’s cut a piece so we could try it. Okay. Look at that. Okay. Now, I have some nice room temperature butter over here, and we’re going to put a little bit of butter. Okay, guys, let’s take a bite. Look at that. Listen, the only problem is you’re going to want to make one every single day. You’re not going to be able to control yourself, guys, because it takes five minutes of prep. Five minutes of prep to get a bread like this. Look at this. Look at that butter melting in it. My god.
