You can’t see all the ingredients because I have 1.) apparently used the wrong type of bowl. And 2.) the egg was so big it kinda covered everything.

But I used:

• White Rice

• Marinated ribeye Bulgogi (sautéed with minced garlic, grated apple, and a drizzle of honey)

• Zucchini (sautéed with minced garlic)

• Spinach (Blanched then tossed with a splash of sesame oil)

• Mushrooms (sautéed with sesame oil, and soy sauce)

• and a sunny side up egg (I’m so bad at making these. I’m getting better but ugh it’s so hard)

For the Gochujang Sauce I used:

• Gochujang

• Low sodium soy sauce

• Sesame Oil

• Minced Garlic

• Rice Vinegar

• Honey

• Water

I never made Bibimbap before, but it was delicious and I will definitely make it again! I just enjoy cooking for my family, and it was worth the effort. I didn’t find it difficult per se, but there was a lot of things cooking at the same time so it stretched me to the limit with my ability to juggle tasks in the kitchen. I’m not a professional, just a novice who enjoys sharing good food with my family.

You probably already figured this out.. but for the next one you should chop up the big ol pieces of gogi. Also you can use almost any chopped up meat and itll taste good with the other ingredients.

  2. Looks good! I would take out vinegar from the sauce and sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds on top of everything.
