Rode past Restaurant Depot and decided I needed a Gyro Hero
I only had a choice of 10, 30, or 40 pounds worth of gyro meat. I chose the 10lb box and got it home the 3.5 miles on my bike with a stop for a cucumber. Now that's determination!

That looks phenomenal!!
There was a place in Milwaukee I would go to that had excellent gyros but also sold long roll sandwiches (chicken finger, cheese steaks, sausage & peppers etc). One time I asked for a gyro cheesesteak and after a few minutes trying to explain it, they put a gyro in a long roll for me. I added lettuce but it had onion, tomato, fries & tzatziki on top of the cheesesteak meat. It was SO GOOD. I try to order it again the next time I was there and the cashier’s straight up refused that order. I asked if I could order a cheese steak hoagie and swap out the beef for gyro meat + add tzatziki (I could put my own fries in) and I would pay extra. Nope. The guy was like sorry buddy that’s not what we’re all about here. Fair enough, at least I got to enjoy it once.

I want to get one of the rollers so and keep it going 24/7 in my kitchen so I can have gyros whenever.
