Recipe

I. Ingredients:

1 bell pepper

300g purple cabbage

1 apple

1 cucumber

20g cilantro

30g onion

1 lemon

10g minced garlic

II. Instructions:

Shred the bell pepper and purple cabbage into fine strips using a safe knife or mandoline (for better flavor absorption).

Shred the apple and cucumber using a grater.

Slice the onion into thin strips.

Cut the cilantro into sections.

III. Mixing:

Combine all prepared ingredients in a large bowl.

Squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture.

In a small pot or candle-heated pan (or regular pan), add 10g olive oil, 3g Sichuan peppercorns, 15g scallion sections, and 2 slices of ginger.

Heat until the oil is smoking and the aromatics turn golden brown and crispy.

Carefully pour the hot oil and fried aromatics over the ingredients in the bowl.

Add ½ teaspoon salt and 2g sesame oil.

Toss everything together thoroughly until well combined.

Serve immediately as a refreshing and aromatic side dish!
