One of my favorite Cuban sandwiches in all of New York City. Buttered Cuban bread gets grilled to look like this. Layered with a healthy amount of melted mozzarella cheese, grilled ham, their chimmy sauce, drizzled slowcooked pork, pickles, and another drizzle of that chimmy sauce. It gets closed up, beautifully pressed on the grill. And there you have it. The Cuban sandwich from Antos in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Ask for some extra chimmy sauce and have yourself a time.
