If somebody you know says they don’t like beef stroenoff, just make them this one. Tell them it’s hamburger helper. You won’t have to worry about washing the dishes cuz they’re going to have them lick clean for you. Start with two lbs of ground beef. This is 80/20. Just want to break it all up real good and brown it. Got the meat browned and drained. Now I’m going to sprinkle in about a tablespoon of my wash your sister sauce. About a tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Tablespoon of garlic powder. tablespoon of black pepper, about a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, two packets of lip and onion soup mix. Get the beefy flavor if you can find them. 8 oz of fresh mushrooms. These are baby bella sliced. I’m going to add in about a cup of beef broth right now. I’m going to stir this in. Let it simmer a couple minutes. It’s been simmering about 5 minutes now. I’m adding in a 8 oz block of cream cheese, a 10 and 1/2 oz can of golden mushroom soup. I’m going to stir this all in. Now I’m adding in a 12 oz bag of extra broad egg noodles. 12 oz can of evaporated milk. The rest of our 32 oz container of beef broth. Want to stir all this together good. Make sure all your noodles are pushed down good. You want to bring this back up to a low simmer and then place the lid on and let simmer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you want to give it a good stir. Then remove it from the heat and it should be ready to

I’ve only met one person who doesn’t like beef stroganoff and I said I don’t need that negativity in my life
Nope 👎
Why wear a hat in the kitchen?
Spells it "worshyoursister" but pronounces it "wash your sister"
Looks good, however, a „Stroganoff“ is never with ground beef. Never in my life have I seen someone call a dish with ground beef a Stroganoff:D
And salt is one hell of a thing btw
A salty death for sure!
Never seen your channel before. Didn’t even get 3 seconds into this video before subscribing all because I saw that SWEET holster 🫡🫡
Great to see u pete cooking up a storm as usual 👍 😀
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤑
Looks tasty but don’t call it stroganoff
im sold
The sodium king !
Strogen my beef til I’m off
Beef strogsnoff has nothing to do with this, eventhough this looks nice
Oh my 😮😍
Pro tip mix the Dijon with a lil bit of the stock and pour it in so it doesn't clump
Stroganoff was one of my late wife's throw together meals to feed me and our two boys, back in the day. I keep trying to copy her fairly basic recipe, buy t never get it right. This is a fairly complicated recipe with the many ingredients. I'll give it a try. Thanks for your channel It's great.
Real beef stroganoff is made from a steak slice into thin slices, not hamburger.
Dude… just make real Beef Stroganoff, it’s not that hard. You dont have to use Fillet Mignon. If I ordered Beef Stroganoff and I got ground beef I’d flip the table over 😂. Mustard… Jesus homie call that shit something else it’s that’s called Hillbilly Strogey
In what prison did you learn to cook like this?
My dad used to always call it 'beef strokin'-off' 😂
11/8/25 this feed 6 adults but it was so good I think I got it all for under 30 bucks but no dissatisfaction at all thanks mad love🎉
….I still recommend washing.
My gallbladder-less body would be fighting for its life after eating this
2 pounds of 80/20 is 20 dollars i dont think i will be able to afford anything else
You’re telling me this beef was stroggin off?
Is this a joke?
How would you like to be my wife
Just want to say this isn't beef stroganoff. It looks great but it is definitely not stroganoff.
Im weird.. i like my beef stroganoff without the mushrooms. I either make it without or pick then out from my dish. I just never liked mushrooms
>mushrooms
I’m out.
No sour cream or vinegar means no twang. If it ain't got that twang, it ain't stroganoff
I’ve ate quite a bit of Stroganoff in my time and never seen it made like this, definitely on my todo list.
For that red state “doctor approved” healthy diet
You can call it whatever you want, that does not make it stroganoff
You telling me this beef was stroganoff
why evaporated milk and not normal milk?
