    I smoked some old bay wings about a month ago and I used Applewood and then finish them over the fire just to try and crisp them up a bit. It was pretty good. I would like to try to actually fry some wings and then toss them in some type of old base seasoning slash sauce and see how that comes out. I didn’t find that the flavor of Old Bay was actually that prominent.
