The consequence for threatening another staff member with physical harm is that the chef will send me home and they will finish my shift… But I won’t get fired? Sounds like good policy that no one would abuse if they want to wrap early.

The kinda knock out where dudes legs instantly gave out and he was laying on the floor snoring. 5 seconds later the foh manager came back and the puncher told her he was sleeping on the job. She whole heartedly believed that for like 60 seconds
