


We just finished preparing our winter kimchi and 시래기 siraegi. Some photos of our last days of preparations and harvests. We are a Italian/Argentinian couple but we almost eat only Korean food. Here in rural southern Spain is difficult to find real ingredients, so we prefer to grow and prepare our own. I hope you enjoy! Extra photo of the cabbage guardian.
