It is almost a shame to put this on a bun. It deserves to be julienned and fanned out on a rectangular plate with that sauce decorated on the plate.
A few pickled vegetables and frisee/raddichio patches dancing around it, served with beveled spiral chopsticks.

There’s a burger in a restaurant called The Tuckaway Tavern that has fried chicken and bacon on it. It’s called The Whole Tuckin’ Farm and it’s great. The place is in a small town called Raymond in New Hampshire, but they’re insanely popular.
