    I say this to be helpful only, but to display it as an authentic Italian dish, you need to finish cooking the pasta with the sauce and plate it all together as opposed to plating pasta and sauce separately. Outside of this I’m sure this is delicious.

    Looks good but I’d mix the pasta with the sauce before plating it instead of putting white pasta on the plate and laddling sauce over it. Would till demolish the plate tho.

    Looks great! I cooked Marcella Hazens recipe often and get a little….sideways, by people that post a Bolognese that looks like tomato sauce with meat rather than meat with sauce. This is an Italian sloppy joe (with the highest respect). It is NOT a saucy dish.

    I would demolish this my friend.
