He’s been hanging around for about a month now. What ever was digging in the garden hasn’t shown up since.

Nice pic. Red shoulder hawk? I have red tail hawks up in NY; the year that I had nest nearby was fantastic for the absence of squirrel and chipmunk damage. Hopefully yours sticks around!
