

No drybrine in the fridge. Just patted dry and salted an hour beforehand. Honestly so good lol.
Cooked in a cast iron at the highest temp to set in the crust, then I rested it for 6 mins in the freezer. I then put it in the oven at 250f until the internal reached 127f.
