Blue Bell’s Peppermint ice cream is back on shelves for a limited time. The colorful frozen treat features a double dose of flavor, perfect for fans of the nostalgic candy cane. The base features peppermint ice cream in a light pink hue. Crushed red and green peppermint candies are sprinkled throughout, adding a crunch and burst of flavor to every spoonful. It’s no wonder one fan has described the seasonal flavor as “one of my favorites of all time.”
While there are plenty of excited peppermint fans, there’s one other holiday flavor fans are begging for to complete the Blue Bell holiday lineup: Christmas Cookies ice cream.
Blue Bell’s Christmas Cookies ice cream is made with sugar cookie-flavored ice cream and loaded with three types of cookies, sprinkles, and a generous swirl of icing. “Ok but where are my Christmas cookies?” inquired one fan after the brand announced Peppermint ice cream’s return on Instagram.
“Spelled Christmas Cookie wrong and used the wrong tub color,” another Instagrammer joked.
While there’s no word on whether or not we’ll see Christmas Cookies hit stores this year, ice cream fans will have plenty to fill their bowls. Blue Bell’s Peppermint ice cream is only available while supplies last, so if you want enough for milkshakes, cones, and peppermint brownies à la mode throughout December, you’ll definitely want to stock up.
