Oven Baked Chicken and Rice

If you want a one pan chicken dinner that’s loaded in flavor, you should start with chicken thighs because it’s hard to overcook them and they stay juicy in the oven. Rub some spices all over and add the chicken on top of uncooked seasoned rice. Cover it all together and the whole dish cooks in the oven in less than an hour. It’s an easy dinner with an even easier cleanup. So good.

  1. Is it soo difficult to add temp and time to oven recipes?
It's soo easy the hardest part is clicking on a bunch of links. One for the video and then fight popup ads on a website just to see the full recipe.
😂 dumb iI loathe your content. I'm taking back my sanity, power and not giving you my viewing time/ energy anymore.

  2. Classic dish, perfect recipe! Can I ask, what is the pan that you put in the oven made of? Is it iron, aluminium, clay? I have one of those non-stick saute pans, but I don't know if the heat distribution will be the same as what you're using.
As always love the way your recipes are so useful and healthy! Most cooking youtube channels have complicated, time consuming holiday dishes or desserts that I can't make very often, but your dishes are good for every day of the week.

  3. What if you hate chicken thighs? Do y'all think it's because I haven't figured out the best way to cook them? Or? Idk what's up
