The cook is fine for the most part but I’ve got a big problem with your handling of the meat. You’re obviously posting here for a reaction. Presentation matters at this point. Wear a glove. Don’t manhandle your meat. Take a little care when plating. Honestly, the entire video made the meal very unappetizing.
