Just made some tasty chicken swarma.. When you guys grill chicken do you try and go with a mix of white and dark meat or does it matter?

Thighs add so much more to every dish in my opinion. I still use breasts but they require much more to lift them up.
Plus one of my favorite chicken spots ever in Athens, OH does incredible fried thighs.

Breasts. The key is low temperature and baste them with olive oil before adding any rub. Sometimes I’ll add Worcestershire while cooking too. I like to smoke the thighs not grill.
