Obtained some sweet peppers from friend’s garden. Would like to make a salsa. Maybe add an additional pepper for some heat. What would you do with these? Recipe recommendations?

  1. Salsa verde would be good. Char up what you have alongside 5/6 tomatillos, some jalapeños, white onion, and garlic in a pan with some oil. Add to a blender with a handful of cilantro. Add salt, MSG, cumin to taste. Pulse the blender instead of going full blast – going heavy with tomatillos/tomatoes tends to froth them up and adds too much air to the salsa.
