

Made my strawberry coconut pound cake last week adapted from Boo’s recipe, and made the classic brownie today with some tweaks to increase the protein count.
Here’s half of it with Greek yoghurt and strawberries and for 183cal and 21g protein! Saving the other half for tea time to have with low cal ice cream.

-35g cocoa powder
– 35g vegan protein powder
– 30g oat flour
– 2g baking powder
– dash of salt
– 225ml of soda water
– 30g swerve brown sugar replacement
Baked in the oven at 200 degrees celcius for 20 min for a fudgy brownie!
