Mezzi Rigatoni with Spicy Gochujang Tomato Sauce & Chicken Parmesan Meatballs

Pasta was 10/10, meatballs 5/10. Texture was spongy and flavor didn't pair well with the pasta sauce. They were just an experiment on a snowy evening, no regrets, but the overall dish probably would have been better without them. Oh well.
