Anything worth eating is 1000 calories.

I started making smash burger tacos with home made low call burger sauce and they are fantastic and satisfy my burger cravings

  3. You got this girl, hold off on that burger for as long as possible and save it to reward yourself for a good streak of sticking to your plan everyday!

I found out I can do a really good turkey or chicken burger with keto bun and that has helped a lot. The bun is what tips burgers into a once every few weeks treat for me.

  5. When I told my friend that my “allotted” calories a day were 1200 if I wanted to lose weight, but not at a glacial speed… she was appalled lol it’s tough for us shorties! I feel this post.

Realising food doesn’t make you happy

For me eating 1 or 2 big meals a day is the only way. If I had to eat 4 300 calorie meals I would be hungry all freaking day, lol.

I try to make burger salads instead whenever I’m craving it. But it just doesn’t hit the same 😞

Black bean patties are so good imo. It’s not beef but it does the trick for me.

I wasn’t happy eating whatever I wanted anyway so I guess let’s try the skinny thing.

I have a cheese burger I make at home that’s like 250 calories. You use low calorie keto bread, super lean ground beef (96% I believe?) and 1 slice of cheese.

Once you cross over to the low calorie way of life you won’t even think about how other people eat anymore. You’ll associate the way normal people eat with obesity, sexlessness, and death.

Instead you’ll be all about that hot-girl/hot-guy diet. You’ll be a little bit hungry a lot of the time, fighting a daily war to stay under a certain calorie number, but its a war worth waging for a lifetime.

Sad that for someone like myself can only choose either one. Others blessed with good genes can have both.
