Ingredients (2 servings, ~300 kcal)
・Green bell peppers … 4
・Onion … 30 g
・Potato starch (for coating) … as needed
・White wine … 1 Tbsp
For the meat mixture:
・Ground meat … 200 g
・Potato starch … ½ Tbsp
・Soy sauce … 1 tsp
・Grated garlic … 1 tsp
・Salt … a pinch
・Black pepper … a pinch
For the sauce:
・Tomato ketchup … 2 Tbsp
・Soy sauce … 1 Tbsp
・White wine … 1 Tbsp
・sugar … 1/3 tsp

1. Halve peppers, remove seeds.
2. Chop onion.
3. Mix onion and seasonings with meat.
4. Coat peppers with starch, stuff with meat.
5. Dust tops with starch.
6. Cook meat side down until browned.
7. Add wine, cover, steam 5 min.
8. Add sauce, simmer till thick.

  2. It looks really good but what would be an alternative to cooking wine or is it even necessary? I can't have it or anything with vinegar/pickled due to migraines. This looks so good tho.
