

So I accidentally forgot to take a pic first, but this was a spicy buffalo chicken pasta I made and it filled up almost the entire bowl. Earlier in the day I made a protein shake but forgot to add the protein (don’t ask, a lot on my mind 🙃) so I had to make up for it somehow. Had minimal ingredients in the house and threw this together with hella hot sauce, seasonings, and a little ranch powder. 93.5g of protein and only 679 calories. Even half of this would fill you up.
