Decided to take a quick pit stop off of Addison to try out some Loba pastries, because heck yeah it's Friday.

The self-proclaimed "OG Loba pastry," the pineapple sourdough muffin, beautifully hit that balance of soft and chewy inside, and delicately crispy top. Despite the relatively simple appearance, it's not to be missed.

The Every Berry fruit bar was filled with a blend of tart and sweet flavors, and topped with a crunchy oat crumble. Sweet, but not too sweet and a great way to not feel too guilty about getting 3 pastries in the middle of the day.

The last picture is of some Nutter Butter type of bar I think they called it. Think of a crunchy brownie type of bar with mixed nutty flavors (almondy, peanutty) and topped with a nice silky peanut cream frosting and a line of sesame seeds.

If I had more room in my backpack (and stomach), I'd go for the Emmie and the Mole croissant (only Sun/Mon according to their website). Happy Friday!
