Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone knew what this white stuff may be on my Swiss chard leaves. I’m pretty new to gardening and have no idea what it is. I tried wiping it off with a damp paper towel and nothing happened. It was just covered because it looked like it was supposed to freeze the other day and didn’t. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you to anyone who replies in advance!

Looks like cell damage from the covering that you put on it. It either got too hot or cold where the cover touched the leaf. It will be fine.

Powdery mildew can be reduced with whole milk

Cant really tell from your pic,but the usual issue I get is leaf miner issues-grubs living between the tissues.
