Nah, this aint it. Cheeses are born to be hot and melty, pepperonis blessed with crispiness, sauce hot and moist below the cheese not dried out from direct heat. So wack

Can folks get over the regional style with cold cheese? I would take a solid ny slice any day, but it’s not a freakin crime, it’s not bad, its just different.
