Same dough as my previous post. Super versatile. This dough ball cold fermented for 5 days. Could’ve left in for a couple for minutes but I wanted to have a softer texture. Hope you enjoyed!

    Cold fermenting dough for that long makes such a huge difference! The flavor just gets so much better. That crust looks perfect, nice work!
