Loaded potato skins and wash them in the stink. Poke some holes. Ters on the top rack. It up. Frozen bacon. Let’s chop it up into bacon bits. Bacon down. Potatoes are grilled. Now we need to get that skin. We don’t want to scoop too much the potato out cuz we want some tater in there. Just like that. We got a potato boat. Now we’re going to fry these up in some beef towel. Forbidden ice cream. Dropping in that hot oil. We’re going to fry them. Get them nice and crispy. They’re sizzling. Once these are nice and crispy, pull them out. Shred that cheddar. Top of some chives. Now we’re going to assemble these potato skins. Keeping it pretty simple here. Cheese melted, nice and crispy. Greek yogurt, bacon, chries. Unbelievable tailgate meal.

  1. should’ve mixed the cheese,sour cream, and chives with the leftover potato into a paste that you then piped into the skin and baked the top of it. No food waste and it still would’ve been delicious.
