Hi everyone!
I've recently gotten into baking and have been trying to make macarons, but I keep failing. My batter always turns out either too thick or too runny, and the shells come out flat without feet. I measure all the ingredients carefully, so I'm not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any advice or tips would be really appreciated!

We need to see a recipe to properly help. Depending on the humidity where you live, moisture levels in your recipe can make a big difference.

A lot of newbie bakers give macarons a go and don’t realize that measuring by weight is absolutely crucial, so that’s step one if you’ve been measuring by volume.

could be under macaronage for one thing…. it should be more viscous and flowing like thick pancake batter. yours looks really stiff. if you macaronage more does it loosen and become more flowy?

Looks like there’s Oil on the baking sheet?
