Super stoked for these! I've been lucky enough to meet a fellow Redditor who grows a wide variety of quality peppers as well as homemade hot sauce. No way I'll be able to eat all these before they go bad, so I'll be sure to vacuum seal and stock up for the winter!
Super appreciative for this. I been a pepper enthusiast since I was a kid and have a crazy high heat tolerance.. Usually I'll eat them raw alongside a meal, but I'm thinking I may need to get a bit creative with some 🔥 dishes.

The great thing about superhot pepperes is that they can be freezed without much downsides relative to regular veggies. You don’t lose much heat or flavor from freezing them. Hell, they barely lose color, whereas most veggies you want to at least blanch before freezing to retain color. They are super tough and handle low temps like champs.
It’s due to a combination of low water content, high oil content, and tough skin. So, don’t worry about not being able to use them all, just freeze them immediately and use them at your leisure. So long as they are in a vacuum-sealed container, they’ll be just fine.
