


18 Jalapenos
18 Habaneros
12 cloves of garlic
Half yellow onion
Six Roma tomatoes
Juice of two limes
Couple splashes of vinegar
1 teaspoon Chicken Powder
Salt and Pepper
Rub veggies with oil and salt
Put on gas mask
Stick under broiler for 14 minutes turn half way through
Blend to whatever consistency you enjoy
Enjoy

whew, no way for me, and I like spicy 😉
This sounds beautiful but my asthma absolutely could not handle the broiling. I’ve spent most of the day processing the last bits of my garden and I had to pan blister the hotter peppers in small batches so I didn’t end up wheezing.
my reaction to all those habañeros is…
that’s enough spice to not taste anything else, so why bother?
Now, editorial comment aside, I’d still try it.
And then I’d figure out a way to balance against that ridiculous heat.
