I purchased an old Webber Kettle this time last year as I wanted to get into smoking. I had a goal that by the end of this year I would be able to create a meat board for my MIL birthday dinner. I'm pretty pleased with myself.

Now to figure out what to do with the leftovers

Oh I forgot the OP Rib so 6 cuts of meat:
    OP Rib
    Brisket
    Short Ribs
    Pork Belly Burnt Ends
    Pork Bacon and Maple Sausages
    BBQ Chicken Wings

The only thing that didn’t turn out how I wanted was the burnt ends. The pork belly took way longer than expected to get it through its stall so didn’t have as long in the smoker after I cubed it as I would have liked.

Damn son! Links on the grill for 24 hours and they still came out ok?

24hours?! Explain, cause there’s no fkn way unless you’re counting marinade time too.. *genuine confusion*

Great cook, but should know it’s Weber? Not Webber. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

You should create an /OnlyMeats account (mostly inspired by the title which could sound like something out of OF haha)
