Nestled at 4 boulevard Saint Denis, in the 10ᵉ arrondissement, this new address brings together everything we love when it’s cold: runny cheese, gourmet recipes and generous portions. If the address rings a bell, you’re in luck, as it used to be the Plomb du Cantal Rive Droite. Bought out this summer, the spirit of the house remains, with the same recipes that made it such a success, such as the indisputable Aligot. Aligot is served cascading down your plate and accompanied by a fine piece of meat. A real treat for the palate!

Other novelties have been added to the menu, revisiting the Aligot codes! This is the case with the truffade, a generous dish based on truffles and browned potatoes mixed with cheese and garlic. Enough to make your taste buds dance with joy and warm you up! The parmentier with aligot and duck confit is simply wonderful.
