The seasonal treat that never disappoints is the limited-edition Häagen-Dazs Peppermint Bark Ice Cream Bars, which I’ve only been able to find at Costco. And they’re back, baby! For $12.99 to $15.88 (depending on your location), you receive a box of 15 bars featuring vanilla ice cream coated in chocolate and peppermint bark crumbles.
Peppermint bark is the ultimate holiday treat. It’s layers of chocolate and crushed candy canes all in one bite. Usually, it starts with a base of dark or milk chocolate, topped with a layer of white chocolate, and then sprinkled with bits of peppermint candy for crunch and that minty flavor. It’s sweet, refreshing and totally addictive. You break it into pieces like brittle, and it just feels festive—like Christmas in candy form.
And it plays perfectly in Häagen-Dazs ice cream bar form. You can find pints of the Häagen-Dazs ice cream version in most grocery stores, but the bars themselves seem to be exclusive to Costco.

Costco members are stoked to have these treats back in warehouses. On social media, one person mentioned that she couldn’t wait for them to return to her nearest Costco, so she drove a bit to find a location that already had them in stock.
