Hey y’all! I posted my first attempt at a meal prep last week and the support was great πŸ₯³ I did get a couple of suggestions for things I could switch up / be more conscious of, and I think I did a lot better this week at picking foods that are good for my body rather than just good for my soul. πŸ˜…

So because I’ve been craving it for months, and we’re on an off-week payday with no bills, this week’s main course is a baked lobster mac and cheese! Sides include a small veggie tray and low-fat greek yogurt with banana-berry frozen smoothie blends. πŸ₯³

We loosely followed this recipe for the mac and cheese. We’re probably gonna end up using a different one next time we make this cause it didn’t quite hit the craving like I’d hoped, but it still turned out pretty good: https://pin.it/6q18pwSHv

looks so good!! i have a question though, how do you heat up the hot food with the cold ingredients?? i can never figure out and just end up using two extra containers, which takes up so much space in the fridge πŸ™

  2. I like this subreddit. So many great ideas.

But mostly I love looking at the food. Mostly.
