
Chicken thighs marinaded with Italian herbs, garlic, olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Peel back the skin to marinate the meat then place back in place for the cook. Cooked at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes. Forgot to take a picture of the plate, served with sautéed veg and a baker.

I have that very same basket and it is such a great accessory for a rotisserie setup. Super versatile.
