Rainbow vanilla cake with mascarpone cream and custard.
The biggest cake I've made and the fourth birthday cake I've made so far. I am happy with how it turned out but I ran of time to decorate and smoothen it properly. It was light and moist but I think it could have done with a bit more filling. It got eaten and my daughter liked it, which is the most important thing.
