I do know that it's a layer of chewy pumpkin bar derived from a blondie recipe, topped with no-bake cheesecake and espresso ganache. I do not know much else. Fight amongst yourselves and get back to me.

I need to eat this!!!! Looks amazing- first glance I thought it was marshmallow in the middle! Hey, that might work too…

All I know, is that it looks pretty darned tasty! Love the idea of no-bake cheesecake in the middle. Come to think of it, maybe baked cheesecake in the middle would be good, too.

I don’t mean this in a negative way at all, but what were you on? I’m getting bored with my usual suspects and don’t have much of an imagination in baking(cooking I’m a mad genius) so I might give it a try.

Ooh I thought the middle layer was marshmallow and now I’m wondering if I should make a pumpkinstein’s monster of my own…

My SO will go nuts for this! I think instead of the no-bake, I’ll use the marshmallow cream meringue from Sally’s site!

I’m going to need you to set up a camera, have some gummies, do it again, and post the recipe! That looks amazing!

It even has the hairdo-look so I like Pumpkinstein’s monster!

Dr Pumpkenstein, this is INCREDIBLE! Adding to the torch-carrying villager mob asking for a recipe! 😂🔥

Okay but we need a spin-off that’s even tastier called Bride of Pumpkinstein.

It’s a cute name but it’s hard for me to reconcile that something which looks&sounds sooo fantastic can have “monster” in the name!!
