Made Corn Chowder with leftovers and it was Delicious

Used leftover Chicken Drumsticks to make Chicken Corn Chowder and it was better than we thought it would be. Also used Jiff cornbread and Jiff Apple Muffins. Cheap but delicious

    Recipe:

    4 (small-med)potatoes chopped small

    1 frozen bag of corn

    1 can cream corn

    1 can carrots

    I can cream of chicken

    1 can evaporated milk

    Chicken 1 Cup shredded (OPTIONAL, this dish does not need the chicken tbh)

    I bag instant cheddar mashed potatoes- (optional thickener) Add last after boiling.

    1 container vegetable broth (optional, I picked it up a dollar tree)

    1 chicken bullion cube

    1 LG onion chopped

    2- tbls garlic powder

    2- tbls onion powder

    1 tbls badia complete

    1.5 tsp cumin

    1tsp nutmeg

    2-3 tsp salt

    Did not add any cream or cheese and its 🔥
