*Für die Tzatziki-Sauce:*
• 1 Liter Hähnchenfleisch (für Salz und Pfeffer)
• 200 g frittierter Joghurt (Soja oder Kokos)
• 1 Knoblauchzehe (zur Stärkung der Immunität)
• 1 Haferflocken, frittiert (für Hackfleisch oder Rindfleisch)
• Salz auf einem Teller
• Schalotten
• Sojasauce

Zucchini. Friends, welcome to my cooking channel! Today we are preparing a wonderful zucchini recipe! Our zucchini become beautiful, juicy and crunchy. This is a rather unusual, but at the same time very interesting and old recipe. This is exactly how my grandmother cooked for me when I was a child. The recipe is super simple, it just requires a little attention. First, the sliced zucchini must be cut into thin strips with a knife. Or if you have small uneven slices, you can use them immediately. But to create the same drawing you saw on the cover, ideally you would have to do exactly what I do. Actually, it’s not difficult, we just have to mix everything thoroughly. I usually use a whole zucchini for this recipe. After we have cut all of our zucchini slices into small strips, we place them in a practical bowl. I use a small glass bowl so I can easily mix everything together. Salt. To remove excess moisture from our zucchini, I also add salt. Well, and accordingly, our zucchini must be thoroughly mixed with this salt. This way, the zucchini will release all the excess moisture and we won’t be affected when preparing our crispy schnitzels. Zucchini contains a lot of excess water, which can soak our batter and make it look like pancakes rather than what you saw on the cover. After thoroughly mixing our zucchini with salt, we need to let it rest for about 15 minutes. Eggs. Carefully crack two eggs into a small bowl. Salt. Smoked paprika powder. I’m now adding the spices to the unscrambled eggs because this is the best way for the spices to develop in our batter. You need to beat the egg yolks so that they mix with the egg whites. Now it is important to mix the egg yolks and egg whites thoroughly so that the mixture is as homogeneous as possible. Scramble the eggs until they begin to turn orange and add some paprika. We squeeze out the moisture. Look how much moisture came out of our zucchini, even though they only stood for 15 minutes. Place on kitchen paper. To completely remove the excess water, I place our zucchini on a paper towel. Before placing the zucchini on a damp towel, I gently press it directly into the bowl it is in. Place the sliced zucchini evenly on a damp towel. I carefully spread our zucchini out on kitchen paper so that all the moisture can easily drain out of them. We remove all the moisture. Using a second layer of paper towels, I gently pat our zucchini dry to ensure all excess water is released. Look how much water comes out of our vegetables, the towel gets completely wet. All that extra moisture could have completely ruined our dish. That’s why I pay so much attention to this point. We roll our paper towel into a roll. This way we can remove all the excess moisture from the zucchini pulp. And don’t worry that no paper will stick to our zucchini. It can be easily removed because it is completely wet. Watch the movements I use to squeeze the excess water out of our zucchini. Now all we have to do is carefully unfold the paper towel and take out our zucchini pulp. See how easily all paper towels separate from our pulp. We put all of our zucchini into a large bowl and mix it with all the other ingredients. Hard cheese. Another very important ingredient that gives viscosity and flavor to our dish is cheese. I use regular, hard Dutch cheese that melts easily. You need little. Only about 200-300g of cheese. I grate it on a fairly large grater so that it stands out in our dish. Grated cheese. Ground spices. Ground pepper. After adding cheese and spices to our egg mixture, everything needs to be mixed thoroughly. This egg mixture with cheese and spices is very delicious in itself. I love this recipe. But, please do the rest of your recipes faster. Like chop all and put in bowls before videoing and stir/ mix faster. You will get many more followers!

Das ist ein sehr liebevolles Video, danke schön, das mir gefällt. Eines der besonderen Art, das beruhigt so richtig die aufgewühlten Nerven. Ich habe noch einen Tipp: Ich würde das Papier von der Küchenrolle immer doppelt oder sogar dreifach nehmen, also nicht so sparsam.
