I can’t think of a better salad than a Caesar salad with anchovies. Can i think of a healthier salad? Yes. A more enjoyable salad? No. That place knows what they’re doing.

If that’s too much sodium bomb (not me, that could happily be my dying sin) there’s also boquerones. Which, yeah, still really salty but there are some lovely bright vinegar ones out there.
